Hot on the heels of our last fabulous dance party, we are already planning the next!💃🪇💃. This one will be heavy on salsa and Latin dancing, with plenty of the standard dances such as Waltz, tango, Foxtrot and quickstep. In addition, we always do a few super fun Latin line dances (lesson included). Everyone is welcome, but tickets go quickly, so call or email to reserve yours soon. Exciting news for 2025!
After 11 amazing years of hosting our Merrithew® Mindful Movement Symposium in New York, we’re taking the event on the road to bring our Pilates education to even more communities across North America. The symposium will take place in May, with new workshops focused on the latest research on exercise science, fitness trends and new Merrithew equipment.
