To pursue our goals, we need to put the time in. That’s why it's best to pick a schedule that you can commit to. Whether it be once a week, twice a week, or thrice a week, we will be able to achieve our fitness goals as long as we make a consistent effort in working out.
Remember you don’t need to rush. Be consistent and take it at your own pace. 💖
