One last post to say goodbye. This location has changed over the years & we look forward to seeing what it becomes for the neighborhood.
Thank you to all our members, associates, instructors, trainers, clients, neighbors & visitors for spending this chapter with us. We hope we have brightened ☀️ your gym days, you have certainly done that for us. ❤️
The doors close forever on Wednesday at 5pm. Please drop by for one last workout & to say goodbye!! 💪🏼 👋🏻 ❤️

It’s the end of Coxwell 😢, but new beginnings ☀️ for all our associates. You’ll find some at Pape & Danforth, some at other locations throughout the city and a few have moved on from the Goodlife family.
We have enjoyed being part of this amazing community, connecting with our terrific members & hope we cross paths again!

We have enjoyed having all our amazing instructors & Group Fitness participants over the years. After June 28th, our instructors will move to different clubs in the city, but you will find most of them at Pape & Danforth. That location will be re-opening their Cycling Studio & you’ll find our instructors there!

After June 28th, you will find all our Personal Trainers over at Pape & Danforth and our Fitness Manager, Alice, will transfer to Bloor Park.

Going forward, your Tuesday & Wednesday RPM Cycling class will be at 6pm (instead of 5:45pm). No changes to any other classes. It is updated in the Goodlife app when you are booking, or feel free to drop in & sign up at the front desk before class.

Our BodyStep class is a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns. Combined with burpees, push up and weight plate exercises - you have a fun, uplifting, full-body workout.
