We were in London, Ontario for the Canadian Cross Country Championship weekend to close out a fantastic cross country season.

The 2024 Athletic Ontario Cross Country Championships was held in Whitby. The rolling hills of the golf course is a test of strength and endurance. Our TOC youth team toughed it out with some great results.

4th place finish by Brianna L. at the Colts Classic Cross Country race. She had to race against girls not just from her grade but also those 1 year older in grade 12's. There are 172 athletes from over 30 schools around Toronto including public, Catholic and private schools. Great Job!!

Muriel L is off to Yale and debuted as a Bulldog with a fantastic 4th place in the cross country season opener against Harvard. This helped Yale took the victory. Good luck to the rest of the season.

LK and Dorothy racing on the road again the past weekend at the Lindsay Milk Run. Another incredible results capturing1st and 3rd in the 14&under age group. 🎉 Congrats to the sisters at such young age of 11 and 9.
LK has done at least 7 road races so far in 2024, including Around the Bay 15K🤯, 10K's at Sporting Life, Under Armour Waterfront, St Patrick's Day and Toronto Marathon. Her best time at the 10k is 45:47🤯🤯

Brianna L is on fire🔥 4 days after her PB in the 800m, she claimed bronze at the U20 Athletics Ontario 2000m Steeplechase (she's U18) and then a silver the next day for 800m at the MTA Ontario Outdoor Championships.

[Junior Team News] Congratulations to 4 of our junior athletes who qualified to race at OFSAA Track & Field Championship this past weekend. CB raced in the Novice Girls 400m, TF at junior boys 3000m, BL doing 2 events (open Girls 2000m Steeplchase and junior girls 3000m and last but not least, ML competed at the senior girls 3000m and got 3rd 🥉. This is her last OFSAA as she will be heading to Yale to join the Bulldogs.
