Whether you’re looking to accomplish some new goals or continuing to work toward some old ones, it’s important to stay on track and the 12 week program will help you do just that. Combining different aspects and styles of training, you get the best of all worlds.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 7pm.

$140 due on the 1st class and remaining $160 due on the 17th class for a total of $300.

Don’t wait until the new year to start working on yourself, setting goals, making those lifestyle changes you’ve been meaning to make. Go into 2021 with a jump start! The Most DY•NAM•IC Bootcamp Program will help you do just that, tailored to challenge you physically and mentally, taking both your body and mind to the next level. Classes will alternate between several different training styles including HIIT, body sculpting, strength training, calisthenics, boxercise, aerobic and endurance training. All equipment is provided but you’re more than welcome to bring your own gear if you have it, for example personal yoga mats. Program will run from October 13th until December 29th.
-Each individual client will have their weight documented and receive personalized nutrition info at the start and then every 4 weeks for the duration of the program.
-Each individual client will have progress photos taken at the start and at the end of the program. This is not mandatory but is recommended as the scale can sometimes be misleading in tracking progress.
-Each individual client will have access to 24/7 support through text, whether it be questions regarding training, nutrition or the need to simply have a little pep talk.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 7pm-8pm in the Bloor and Dufferin area. This is a new space Alleyway Fitness will be using to host indoor bootcamp classes from fall until spring. (specific location will only be disclosed to members or drop ins)

-Each individual client will receive updated personalized nutrition info at the start and every two weeks afterward.
