Teaching the Reformer Bicycle Knee Stretches can be...hectic ๐Ÿซค

There are soooo many cues and tips plus the stability, movement coordination and just the sheer endurance our clients need to do! ๐Ÿ˜†

One of the things we โค๏ธ about Pilates is it can take the simplest of movement combos and make it, well, even better ๐Ÿ˜„

Take Rotation with Flexion on the Ladder Barrel as an example,
