‘We didn’t come together to hide’ -
What I know to be true is that I am called to return to the Edge (& to my edges) over and over. This is where I come back to nourishing parts of myself - core parts, and where I can create, learn, expand, connect, and grow. I am always seeking new edges for myself because that is the pull that I feel, my thread to follow. I realized yesterday that not everyone gets to experience the depth of discussions/connections that I have in my life, simply because I came to and returned again and again. What a gift to be an observer, a listener, a witness as people come to find what it is they needed within themselves and tend to their bodies, spirits, and hearts… as I tend to mine. The birds have been abundant this weekend, singing despite/amidst and maybe even because of the freezing temperatures, squeaking snow, and darker days. Perhaps their songs are for us just as much as they are for themselves.
I am deeply grateful for the gatherings where I get to be in circle with women who have walked paths that I may land upon myself on one day, and to be so willing to light the way forward as they themselves are in the midst of finding it…

Untangling and expanding the webs within my body, I emerge in connection, community, and commitment to my path ✨

‘Moving through an intentional slowing down, we create breathing room to rest, renew, and reconnect… welcoming our seasonal shifts’
I am deeply grateful for another meaningful gathering at 🌖 We didn’t capture many photos together as we were so immersed in discussion, movement, and exploring ( + eating delicious meals)! We gathered in the sauna, on the trails/lake, around the campfire, and on cozy couches over a long weekend that was 💎RICH💎 with intergenerational wisdom + insights and moments to really SEE old thought patterns… and choose differently.
Big love to the gals who joined us and wove such beautiful connections 💛

to do: more of this. thank you, more please ✨
Nourishing moments from summer ☀️☀️ I feel most present when the world around me is quiet (or we are singing on the river)

fjordfolk. for me this part of the trip was about returning a little differently to a special place, celebrating the space between then and now, and seeing with fresh eyes 💛 beauty beauty everywhere.

fjellfolk. a mountain mission to stay dry + warm. walking, drying wet clothes, walking more, eating firkløver and lingonberry chips, sharing delicious meals and chats with other travellers, walking but with steeper ascents & mud, adapting to changing plans in dynamic conditions, finding joy in painting a beautiful memory, gaining new perspectives, resting our body and minds… replenishing our souls.

Such a joyful feeling, to play with speed & turns on the mountain amongst friends, willing our bones to remember their way out of a decade+ long ski slumber…
shifting doubt to confidence, worry to exhilaration ☺️
super ski sunday. now I am confused about if I am a snowboarder or skier ⛷️🏂 which are you?

“Breathing deeply we fill with life” 🌬️🫁🌿✨
A weekend of co-creating w our facilitators, grounded in simple yet powerful practices and moments in the forest.
There is SO much value in connecting in community regularly to learn from one another, explore important topics, create, adventure, dream, and ask the question ‘how can it get better than this?’

More than anything, my account is my gratitude journal. I have been nourished by the sound of rain, gatherings with wonderful women, birds singing at sunrise, the calling of a calm river, paddling with friends, my favourite ice cream, and the anticipation of travels to come.
End of summer moments ☺️

Hi paddlers,
I've opened up registration for the SUPtember paddleboarding & yoga retreat and look forward to welcoming you on September 5-8. This 4-day retreat takes place at a wilderness eco-resort about 3 hours from the Ottawa Valley ( ~ 5 hours from Ottawa). We spend lots of time on the water working on skills, heading out on adventures like misty sunrise paddles, and trying out SUP yoga. Both beginner and intermediate paddlers and yogis are welcome. Imagine yoga on the dock as you hear a loon call...
We also hike, sauna, swim, canoe, star gaze, and enjoy bonfires!
Cozy cabin accommodations are tucked away in the forest and we have 3 different options for price point and your level of comfort. Expect to dine lakeside where you'll enjoy outstanding seasonal, local, sustainable meals.
This weekend is one of my very favourite experiences each year and one of the coolest parts about it is seeing new friendships form 🙂
Full details are at https://www.courtsinclair.com/algonquin
Equipment is available but you're also welcome to bring your own. I look forward to paddling with you!

🩵 paddle here, swim here, move here, snooze here…
We are gathering a group once again this year to come together September 5-8 for a weekend of paddleboarding skill development + adventures, swimming, bonfires, yoga (& SUP yoga!), delicious meals by the lake, and more 😍 Every year this is one of my very favourite experiences — last year we saw shooting stars down on the dock 🥹 (a first for me!)
The SUPtember paddleboarding & yoga retreat is great for both beginner and intermediate paddlers + yogis as we work towards an unforgettable sunrise paddle together and a paddle thru breakfast at ‘canoe cafe’ at the mouth of the Amable du Fond river. Yoga classes take place lakeside at the dock or in the brand new movement space nestled in the trees.
On this retreat you’ll leave behind wifi/cell service and the day to day to-do list and simply ‘be’ in nature. The seasonal meals are nourishing and It’s truly amazing how much time/energy you get back in a day for adventure + rest + play when you aren’t doing the cooking.
Crawl under the coziest duvet at night in your cabin tucked under a million star view. We offer different levels of cabin accommodations to choose your level of luxury + comfort + financial investment.
There is lots of fun to be had between paddling and yoga! We’ll sauna, hike, make s’mores, and maybe even do some water colour painting on the lake as we float in the canoe.
I’ve been spending time at for over a decade now, and still love and find immense contentment in facilitating transformational retreat experiences and creating new memories together.
Be in touch with me for more info on the SUPtember retreat or head to my website. I’d love to share this adventure with you ☺️
