Ohio dad transforms backyard into baseball field for 5-year-old son Jason Kidd estimates the field has already cost him around $30,000.
The Tom Ashizawa "Little" Big 8 Mosquito Select Tournament is on this weekend at Smythe Park. Come cheer on your York Riverdogs.
Other teams in the Tournament are Annette, Bloordale, Martingrove, Markham, East York, and Whitby.

A very special thanks to those that made our Annual Tom Ashizawa Little Big 8 Tournament a success! What a great ‘family’ we have at Smythe Park, Paul MacLeod, Dylan Thomas Godfrey, Ian Godfrey, Grant Ashizawa, Emily Ashizawa, Adam Jakop, Sean, Diane Wells, Dulcie, Sara Galloro-Hogan, Destiny and the music crew, the grounds crews, the snack-bar crew and the cleanup and organize crew. You all are wonderful!
