This is where the rubber meets the road in a real wellness coaching relationship.

As a coach, especially as a “player’s coach,” the deeper value is often found in the intangibles I provided for Zack:

Accountability
Consistency
A new normal
New perspectives
Grounding
Adaptability
Confidence
Self-belief
Drive
Discipline
Structure
Education
Trust
Ownership
Long-term takeaways

This is what coaching is really about.

It’s not just giving someone a plan and telling them what to do. It’s helping them ‘taste and see that it is good’.

Eventually, the goal is that the client starts to make the journey ‘their own’.

They start learning what they need.
They start seeing what works.
They start developing their own desire to do what is good, healthy, and aligned for their life.

That is the real win. That’s ’giving’ a ‘good’ thing to someone. And isn’t that what we are here to do? In EVERY aspect of our lives? I think so.

Proud of you Zack Dalton

Your lack of pursuit or desire to heal & grow may simply be a lack of vision for what’s on the other side of healing and growth, which is always just a better Life.

Being healed is challenging, but it’s worth it.

This Is How I Coach:

You’re someone who knows what you need to do, but you’re struggling to consistently execute it-that’s where accurate coaching can make the difference.

I take the time/effort to understand you, your life, your barriers, your schedule, and the SPECIFIC way to hold you accountable that gets you to follow through.

If that’s what you’re missing right now, let’s have a conversation in the DMs🫡

This was not just a body transformation.

This was a transformation built through an integrated multi-faceted approach to what was needed to move the needle. Real customization, constant daily/weekly communication, and direct 1-on-1 coaching/instruction.

This client of mine is a lawyer. He lost 20lbs in just over 2-months. Increased testosterone levels. Structured his life around habits that were only ‘healthy & growth oriented’. Bought into my system that touches on many different ‘buckets’ or ‘avenues’ to a healthy & holistic life. Both online & in-person. We touched on his training structure. Exercise selection. Libido & testosterone. Supplementation. Cardio. Metabolic health. What accountability uniquely looked like for him. His mindset. His sleep.

If you want this level of coaching, support, structure, and customization reach out and let’s talk.

How To Build Unshakeable Self-Confidence - Webinar
Guest Speaker: Dylan Robertson

In this webinar, we voiced that confidence has two layers.

The first is competence-based confidence.

The second is trust/love-based confidence.

Most men only chase the first.

And that is not a holistic, all-encompassing approach.

Yes-more skill, more status, more reps, more muscle, more money, more schooling, and more achievement can help you with the building of competence based confidence.

But if there is no deeper foundation underneath it, that confidence becomes fragile.

The deeper (second layer) of confidence is not only about what you can do.

This was one of the biggest ideas we expounded upon in the webinar.

If you want the full recording, message me and i’ll send it over for free.

Balance.

An interesting word-one that means something different to everyone.

For me, balance looks like tending to the seven pillars of what I believe make for a successful life: Spiritual Health, Physical Health, Relational Health, Emotional Health, Mental Health, Growth & Development, and Financial Health. The level of attention each pillar receives changes with the season/quarter, but true balance comes from not neglecting any of them.

As a business owner, coach, and someone deeply committed to fitness and performance, I’ve learned that sometimes the healthiest thing I can do is step away for a while (not too long). To ebb and flow with the seasons of life, knowing that growth isn’t always found in pushing harder-it can also be found in resting, experiencing new ‘things’, and simply living differently.

These are a few moments from the past several weeks that I’m incredibly grateful for.

Health and fitness are lifelong journeys-not destinations. Let them enrich your life, not consume it.

How are you tending to your seven pillars?
