Since the start of Modo Yoga, studios have been offering weekly karma classes as a way to help support their local communities and help make classes more financially accessible. These classes are attended by donation, and proceeds typically going to non-profit organizations.
Studios have joined forces to help combat climate change called Sweat For Sustainability. And with your support, we raised over $500 to help global reforestation with One Tree Planted π³

Anyone who has ever settled into childβs pose knows how calming this pose can be. The tensing and relaxation of the muscles during yoga, along with the mindful awareness of the physical sensations, help both the mind and the body relax. Studies support that just a few weeks of a regular yoga practice can significantly improve sleep quality!
