Only two people competed in our Federation CKKA tournament this year in Waterloo, Ontario. We are so proud of Lara and Sophie for representing our school. You have come a long way. Outstanding job!

Thousands want a black belt. Hundreds think they deserve to have it. But only a few have the discipline, dedications,and tenacity to earn their black belt. And that’s when they realize the journey is just beginning .
A black belt should never be a stop along one’s path in life, but rather a continuous road in itself, a life long attitude of learning, humility and challenge....
Learning is endless. Be respectful, be humble to realize that how much you don't know. And be willing to learn from anyone. Everyone is your teacher….
