Ready to get upside down? Whether you’re working toward your very first handstand or looking to refine and level up your existing handstand practice, this 6-week small-group series with Eric is for you!

Over six weeks, you’ll work on the foundations of handstands including alignment, balance, strength, body awareness, entries, and progressions—while building the confidence and control to spend more time upside down.

New to handstands? We’ll start with the basics and build from there.
Already handstanding? Get personalized feedback and explore ways to improve your balance, lines, control, and consistency.

With a small class size, Eric can provide individualized guidance and help you work toward your own handstand goals in a supportive environment.
