What do you do if you've been sitting on your butt for 2 hours??
Stretch, of course!! The Figure Four stretch is really loosening my hips and glutes.
I started my fitness journey 20 years ago after I was in remission for cancer.
Since then, I have wanted to be certified in personal training for my own knowledge. Eventually, I became passionate about wanting to share that knowledge with cancer survivors, new mothers, menopausal women and the general population who wants to age well and live their best lives.

Yes, I got it.
The struggle of getting on and off was real. There were two other BOSU available, yet I was determined to get on this.
Foundational exercises in beast mode.
My routine for the past 4 months is to get stronger and build upper body and lower body muscles. 💪🏼 I hit that goal last week with 1 pound of muscle gain. Train hard. It pays off 👊.
