A fast and technical figure that requires precise timing, explosive power, and strong body control.

📖 Rulebook Study | Team Technical Element 3A
Element 3A consists of:
• Fishtail Position
• Two Fouetté Rotations (180° + 180°)
• Transition to Vertical
• Continuous Spin (720°)

Understanding the sequence, body alignment, and transitions is essential for consistent ex*****on.

Every technical element begins with a solid understanding of the rules.

Last week, our club athletes and parents had the incredible opportunity to volunteer at the World Aquatics Artistic Swimming World Cup.

From behind the scenes to poolside, they experienced world-class artistic swimming up close, witnessed the dedication of elite athletes, and gained valuable knowledge and inspiration along the way.
