Hey Everyone!
Long time!
Unfortunately you all know due to COVID19 classes had to be cancelled for this time.
I just wanted to let you all know that I'm offering a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu fundamentals class over zoom where we'll be going over high level concepts from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and talk about game plans, options from different positions, high level strategy, and I'll do exercise prescription to help embed some fundamental movement patterns into your bodies.
Hope everyone is well in this time, and please shoot me a message if you're interested.
There's also 2 hand balancing classes and a calisthenics class if those tickle your fancy too.

Hi Mindful Martial Artists, here's the current self defense curriculum!
Self Defense Curriculum:
1000 Repititions of each = Graduation
Each Class we will do 5 repititions of 3 of these techniques at the start of class
General Concepts:
Green Red Green/Distance Management
Action, Reaction
Attacking what's weak
Self Defense Scenarios
⦁ Punch Block Defense (Traditional with Hip Throw/Modern with High block and posture break)
a. Incomplete attempted headlock w/ chicken wing ending
b. Complete headlock with Roll through to knee on belly
c. Complete headlock with leg block, rear trip
⦁ Standing Mata Leon Defense
a. Opponent Breaks Posture
⦁ Guillotine Defense (End with Von Flue or Armbar)
a. Sit into Guard Counter
⦁ Worst Case Scenario Defense (With punch or Choke)
⦁ Two handed choke on wall
a. With Punch
⦁ Defense of standing attacker when on the Ground
a. Attacker lunges in with punch
b. Attacker creeps in with head down
c. Attacker creeps in with head up
