A good π₯³day in the office ππ»π¨π¨π¨for Charlie! 1st π₯ place overall @ the Canadian 10K, in 36:08 π€©πππ«Άπ―ππ. The race starts and finishes inside Terry Fox Stadium ποΈ 2 x 5K loops π including doubling back inside the stadium ποΈ. A sprint, Olympic, half Ironman triathlon and 5K are also a part of this event.
Flashbacks of 2023 Athletics Canada π¨π¦ Canadian Masters XC Championships! This hill behind Charlie is part of the 4 x 2K loop π race course. It doesnβt look π very steep from this vantage point but trust me! It is β°οΈ!!

Another good day in the office for Charlie π₯He placed 2nd Master @ the Constantine Yorkville 5K, this morning, in 16:57. Congratulations π₯³ to his client, Dan Ambrosini who placed 1st π₯ in his AG (M50-54) in 19:26 ~ a new PB too! π Woo Hoo!!
