✨ Founders Focus 2026: First up is ⚡️
This year, I’m working on:
• Letting go of frustration. Especially the kind that builds when I feel overstretched - at home, in business, in motherhood.
• Releasing what I can’t control. Not everything needs to be fixed or solved. Sometimes, things just need to be felt and then let go.
• Choosing how I respond. Even when I’m tired. Even when it’s hard. A little more softness. A little more grace.
• Practicing patience - with myself and with the people I love most. My children, my husband, our team, my family.
• Looking forward to growing in mind, body, and spirit.
💎 Mind: staying consistent with book club and reading often (even if it’s just a few pages at night).
🧘🏻♀️ Body: rebuilding from postpartum, finding strength again through daily movement
🪽 Spirit: staying anchored through prayer and carving out time to serve at church.
Here’s to trusting the small shifts & remembering that growth doesn’t always look like milestones.
