We are so pleased to announce that the LDVA After-School Dance Program with DanzArts Toronto will be returning this January. We are so excited to welcome your children back into a season filled with creativity, movement, and joyful learning. DanzArts is delighted to offer this program exclusively to students of Leonardo Da Vinci Academy of Arts & Sciences, conveniently held right here in the Columbus Centre. Our goal is to bring high-quality, nurturing dance education directly to your children in an environment that feels both familiar and inspiring.

This session, we will be offering a “Creative Movement & Dance” Class for dancers ages 3 - 5.

👉 WHEN: Every Wednesday starting January 7th
👉 WHERE: DanzArts Toronto
👉 TIME: 3:30PM - 4:45PM
👉 DURATION: Wednesday January 7th, 2026 - Wednesday June 3rd, 2026

At the end of the season, students will participate in a special recital performance in the Academy’s gymnasium - a wonderful opportunity for families to celebrate their dancers’ progress and achievements. The recital date and time will be confirmed closer to the end of the season and communicated by email. ❤️

🫶 How it Works 🫶

When students are dismissed from their LDVA classes at 3:30 PM., our instructor and assistants will be waiting outside of their classroom to safely es**rt students to the studio, supervise a snack break and begin class at 4:00 PM. This smooth transition provides a safe, structured activity for children while offering parents peace of mind and convenience. Classes conclude at 4:45 PM, and students will be ready for pick-up in the lobby.

Step into the magic of ✨ The Nutcracker ✨ with this joyful, family-friendly ballet workshop! Designed for families to move, imagine, and share in the love of ballet together.

Participants will dance through a ballet class that is designed for all levels and ages, then learn a short piece of Nutcracker-themed choreography. Whether you’re dancing for the first time or sharing a beloved tradition, this workshop offers a festive way to connect, move, and celebrate the season.

✨CALLING DANCERS OF ALL LEVELS✨

So excited to introduce this new dance program at DanzArts Toronto 🥰 If you’ve always wanted to take a heels class, here is your introduction ✨ Welcoming dancers of ALL levels into this four week program starting Thursday November 27th from 8:30PM-9:30PM!

This program focuses on the basics/fundamentals of dancing in heels. In each class you will work on stretching, strengthening and conditioning, core and balance exercises, cardio training, and of course—learning heels choreography 😍
