Sophie's Spin Class

hey folks! I am back in the city after a 2 year hiatus. I am still teaching with GoodLife. Tonight I am subbing the 5:30pm class at King/Liberty. BEAUTIFUL CLUB. Come on out!!! :)

Hey everyone! Tonight I am teaching my final classes in Toronto. 5:30 + 6:30pm Bloor/Yorkville. I'll be moving to Guelph in a couple days and teaching at the University gym there the next couple years, which means I'll be leaving GoodLife. Will hopefully be back in Toronto in a 2 years though, so maybe not bye forever!!! Thanks to all my regulars, you guys have quads of steel. KEEP SPINNING :) you are all awesome!!!!!

Hey everyone. Just a reminder that I will be away July 29th and August 5th for yoga teacher training! Matt will be teaching both the 5:30 and 6:30pm classes both weeks.

I will see you all this week and next for Wednesday 5:30 + 6:30 classes!! Looking forward to it :).

Tried running yesterday and killed my knee. I'll be teaching tonight at 5:30, but Eunice will be covering my 6:30. Eunice will also cover my classes next week as I will be out of town!
