❄️Winter Holiday Camp 2024 /2025 ❄️- Single Day Registration
9am-4pm

Ages 5-12

Suitable for all skill levels (Beginner hockey player up to rep).

This is NOT a learn-to-skate program and some basic hockey experience is helpful.

Kids are split up on the ice into smaller working groups by age/skill to ensure everyone is coached appropriately.

Includes daily off-ice sports & games.

Full hockey equipment required to participate.

*Please note that full information about your camp session will be sent to you by e-mail the week prior to your session beginning.

Program Includes:

Morning and afternoon ice time - 3hrs daily.

Daily game opportunities with focus on 5 v 5, 4 v 4, 3 v 3 hockey with real goalies (when available). Power play tactics, penalty kill tactics, face off alignments, forecheck systems, neutral zone regrouped and plays, defensive zone systems and positioning.

Appropriate skill grouping to make game play meaningful and skill development a challenge at the appropriate level.

Player testing for individual skills with full report and comparative data to their age group (average and highest scores).

Off ice sports, games and activities (inside and outside).

The next PA Day Skills Skate is this Friday!

This PA Day Skills Skate will focus on Quick Hands & Quick Feet.

Players will work on building and improving skills that allow them to move the puck while still skating hard including:
Moving their hands as quickly as their feet to improve performance in the offensive zone.
Drills that incorporate stick handling while skating at higher speeds.
Improving hand eye coordination with drills designed to keep the puck moving.

Step up your puck control, shooting, and passing. Build advanced stick-handling skills and bring finesse to your gameplay.

This is NOT a learn-to-skate program. You must be able to skate independently and have some hockey experience.

This end of summer, Pre-Season Tune Up skate will focus on:
- High-tempo puck skills
- Deception
- Skating edges

The goal is to sharpen essential skills and skating techniques, preparing players for the upcoming season. This will allow coaches to concentrate on tactical development during regular practices.
