We have completed our first month of this fitness journey. Insanity Asylum.... we bid you gooday.
it wasn't the worst program.. but not the best. Here is our quick run down..
PROS
💪 can be done anywhere
. gym...home...studio...hotel room.. anywhere that has wifi
💪 sweat like a m**o and you are exhausted at the end
💪 if you like training for sports... this has the prep work for the most part

CONS

👎 many of the moves have the potential to injure if not executed properly. We are fitness professionals, we were able to modify easily
👎repetitive - more vids for the month needed - too much of the same thing led to boedom

Beachbody is a great company with a wicked marketing plan and some great faces. I question where they got a fitness education from though. ShaunT... we love you regardless!

Are you incorporating nuts into your daily eating plan? Aside from allergies.. why not??? Her is what our little nut family friends can do for you:
👙provide much needed fibre, protein, unsaturated fats and vitamins/minerals
👙reduce inflammation
👙reduce cancer risks
👙leaves you feeling pleasantly satiated with one small handful
👙boosts brainpower
👙assists in controlling and reducing weight

so find your favourite nut and keep some on hand to snack on... just remember... a little handful goes a long way!

Nutrition is a huge part of your success! Fuel up with food that sets you up for great energy! Post workout meal - whole wheat english muffin, ground turkey, spinach and a sprinkle of Franks Red Hot for a nice kick. Yummmm!

Ab Intervals from FocusT25 today because Back to Core is just not good. This little 1 minute move was killer... finished this 25 minute ab workout feeling amazing, sweaty and strong! Back to Asylum tomorrow...
