movement that excites you > forcing yourself through workouts you secretly resent
And it’s because when workouts feel good, consistency becomes way easier.
And when they feel like punishment, you keep starting over instead of moving forward 🚀
Alexandra Artiaga - Mindset & Sustainable Weight Loss
Stop restarting. Build self-trust. Lose weight simply. For busy women who want it to last 🔥
your efforts are working
it just doesn’t feel like it yet
because you’re looking for big results
and missing the small shifts that actually create them
so you start second-guessing
overthinking
wanting to change everything
when really nothing is wrong
you don’t need a new plan
you need to stay long enough to see it work
trust your habits
trust your choices
trust the version of you that’s trying
DM READY if you’re done restarting and want to finally follow through xx
emotional eating doesn’t mean you’re weak
and it definitely doesn’t mean you’re incapable of losing weight
so many women believe that if they eat when they’re stressed, tired, overwhelmed or bored, it means they lack discipline
but emotional eating is usually just a pattern
a pattern that forms when food becomes the easiest way to cope with stress, emotions or exhaustion
and the reason so many women stay stuck in that cycle isn’t the food itself
it’s the shame that follows
the guilt
the discouragement
the ‘I’ll restart tomorrow’ thoughts
and over time that makes you feel like you can’t trust yourself around food
but patterns can be shifted
when you start recognizing your triggers and build small systems that actually work for your life, things start feeling a lot easier
that’s when you stop feeling out of control
that’s when consistency starts happening naturally
and that’s when weight loss finally feels possible again
if you’re feeling stuck in that cycle right now, comment or DM ‘CALL’ and we can figure out a plan to break the pattern and start moving forward xx

I gained 60lbs due to stress, emotional eating, and neglecting my own health. Back then, I was trying to balance work, school, and my relationship. And because of the weight gain, I felt insecure.
I restarted my weight loss journey SO many times and just couldn’t figure it out. And every single time I was back to square one … feeling discouraged, overwhelmed, and believing weight loss was impossible.
I ended up losing myself and didn’t love anything about me anymore.
But I chose to rewrite my story.
In 2020, I committed to home workouts and a nutrition plan focused on portion control. I lost 20lbs and found some confidence.
By 2023, I realized food still controlled me. I felt guilty for snacking or eating out and emotional eating was still my go-to for comfort.
In 2024, I challenged my limiting beliefs with 20 minute workouts and followed my nutrition plan 80% of the time. I decided to focus on balance instead of perfection.
Today, I feel confident, resilient, and more than capable.
I no longer turn to food for comfort.
I no longer have self-doubt.
And I no longer let negative thoughts control my life.
I’ve built a strong mindset that got me here.

If you’re new here, hey I’m Alexe!
In 2020, I reached a point where I didn’t recognize myself anymore. I was overwhelmed, I had gained 60lbs, emotional eating was my go-to, and I was dealing with so much that taking care of myself ended up at the bottom of my to-do list.
I didn’t feel confident. I didn’t feel in control. I felt discouraged. I felt lost.
And I was tired of restarting my weight loss journey over and over again.
I even believed that weight loss was impossible for me and that I just couldn’t do it.
But step by step, with consistency, self-awareness, and habits that actually fit my life, everything changed.
I didn’t just lose weight ... I rebuilt my confidence, my routines, and my mindset. I unlearned limiting beliefs and broke old patterns that were holding me back. And it transformed my entire life.
Now I help busy women do the same.
My mission is to help women break the patterns that keep them stuck, rebuild their confidence from the inside out, and create real, sustainable weight loss through simple habits and routines. I want you to feel in control, empowered, and proud of who you’re becoming.
If you’re ready for your own transformation … comment READY or send me a message. I’m here when you’re ready xx
