For 2020 let's ditch the 'temporary resolution style commitments' and instead, make some gosh darn aligned actions plans and STICK TO THEM!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I also wanted to add BE FLEXIBLE with how the Universe works her magic. When we are too fixated on the HOW, we don't leave enough space for magic.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Why PLAY is so important for our mental health and success!
When was the last time you tapped into your inner child, and played?
So often, as adults, and as entrepreneurs we focus the majority of our time working.
Play is about being joyfully immersed in the moment, and as adults we rarely do that.
BENEFITS OF PLAY
😄Makes us feel good
🙏🏻Reduces stress hormones
🧠 Triggers the release of endorphins (happy hormones)
💚Elevates our Mood
😌Helps us relax
😆Puts us in a state of joy
⭐️Increases our point of attraction for abundance
📝Boosts our creativity
🤸🏻♀️Is an active form of mindfulness
🧘🏻♀️Increases our level of presence and being in the NOW (where all of our power is)

The list goes on, but if that’s not enough to get you carving out some time for play, I don’t know what will!

Build a fort, play a game, jump in a puddle, do a cartwheel, climb a tree, colour, run around with your dog, go for a bike ride, have a snowball fight...anything to simply chase joy and follow the fun!
