We’re honoured to welcome Monica Knowlton as an Athlete Ambassador for Her Sports Fest 📣🏋️

As a Canadian National Team weightlifter, Monica has competed on some of the sport's biggest stages. Her journey is built on discipline, resilience, and demonstrating what strength looks like both physically and mentally. ⚡️

Monica will join us at Her Sports Fest to share her story and inspire the next generation of girls and women in sport. 💜
