🛶 Offered by Seven Paddles. A 45 min sit-on Kayak rental for a self-guided paddling adventure where you can explore the Trent River at your own pace. Kayaks, paddles + PDF's are provided.

🥾 Offered by Cassie. A 45 min group hike on Jack Lang Memorial Walkway. Cassie will guide you on an easy hike while socializing and making new friends.

🧘‍♀️ Offered by Yoga With Mikenze. A 45 min Stretch & Mobility Yoga class designed to stretch out your entire body after working your arms in the kayaks and legs on the hike. Suitable for Any Size, Any Level, Any Body.

New in 2026, Seven Paddles introduces Pedal boat rentals!

Come find us, July 1st - September 6th at Centennial Park in Trenton.

We will be hanging out at the Quinte West Pop-ups Thursdays - Sundays with our fleet of 2 or 4 seater Pedal boats!

📢 Rentals available by the hour
📢 Renters under 18 yrs old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
📢 Waivers must be signed by all participants prior to pedal boat use
📢 Life jackets must be worn at all times during use of equipment
📢 Rentals may be paused or cancelled due to dangerous weather conditions at the discretion of Seven Paddles staff

Join Us at the Trenton Greenbelt Conservation Area for a day of wellness in nature.

This workshop will be separated into two groups for the first 2 hours of kayaking and hiking, and will end with everyone participating in the Yoga class together

**Minimum Age is 14 - Accompanied by an Adult**
