Starting next Sunday (July 12), Limitless is opening a creative space where kids and youth can paint, draw, build, and explore 🥳

It is led by Michelle Doran in a calm, encouraging way that's all about the process, not perfection.

Screen-free, hands-on, and a great fit for kids who love making things with their hands!

At the Limitless Kids Summer Art Camp, your child will get to paint, build, experiment, and bring their biggest ideas to life through fun, hands-on projects. 🥳

💭 Build confidence in their own ideas

Brayan's last day is coming soon! Come out and roll with him before he's gone. It's been a pleasure having him with us the last 6 months. But alas, he must return to Brazil! I sincerely hope our paths can cross again. Thank you for all the fun rolls!

Exciting news!! We're adding an art program for both kids and youth!! We love martial arts, and I'm sure you can tell by looking around the gym, that we also love art!

Local artist Michelle Doran will be running art classes Sundays at 5pm for kids 6-8, and 6pm for youth 9-15.

Michelle is a multidisciplinary artist and arts educator based in Trenton, Ontario. She has a degree from OCAD and a professional background spanning textile design, fine art, illustration, and creative education.

Classes start July 12!

Happy 25fh birthday to the amazing coach Patrina!!! Patrina went from being our first student ever when she was 14 to being a new mom, valuable coach, friend and teammate!! We can't wait until your back to training with us again 💕

We want to give a huge thank you to all the dads who came out for our annual Father's Day class!

We had a packed mat full of dads and their kids! Coach Brad ran some super fun games and everyone had an amazing time.

It was great seeing so many families training, laughing, and making memories together. We can't wait to do it all again next year 😁 and... we're excited to announce that we'll be hosting a Moms on the Mats Day for Mother's Day too!

It's that time again!!! This Saturday June 20th Coach Bradford will be inviting all the dads to join their kids for class at 10:20 😎 A tradition everyone has been loving !!

Come out and train with your kids (ages 6-8) and let them show you what they can do !! Wear your activewear, bring a water bottle and get ready for some fun!

We hope to see everyone there to help us celebrate all the great Limitless Dads on fathers day!
