Open House was a huge success! We welcomed many visitors to the clubhouse, answered lots of great questions, and introduced new people to everything we have to offer. Several guests purchased memberships, while others took advantage of the opportunity to get out on the water and try our kayaks.
If you weren't able to make it to the Open House, we'd still love to see you! Stop by and check us out Wednesday–Friday from 1:00–7:00 PM, or Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM–4:00 PM. We look forward to welcoming you!

The Trenton Rowing and Paddling Club (TRPC) is excited to welcome the community back for its 2026 on-water season. Whether you’re a seasoned paddler or new to water sports, TRPC invites you to explore the wide range of opportunities the club offers.
Now in its 13th year, TRPC is a thriving not-for-profit organization dedicated to introducing individuals of all ages to non-motorized water sports. From stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) and kayaking to canoeing, rowing, and even dragon boating, there is something for everyone.
The club will host an Open House on Saturday, June 6, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. This is the perfect opportunity to tour the boathouse, learn about available equipment, and discover how membership can enhance your summer experience on the water.
With more than 25 pieces of equipment available, members enjoy unlimited access to SUPs, kayaks, and canoes whenever the boathouse is open, from Wednesday through Sunday. It’s an ideal way to make the most of the summer season.
Interested in dragon boating? Beginners are welcome to try a free session, no equipment or experience required. Practices take place on Wednesday evenings at Trent Port Marina and are offered for two levels of experience.
For those with prior rowing experience, TRPC offers recreational rowing opportunities. Newcomers can register for the five-week Learn to Row program. For $200, participants receive expert instruction along with club membership, with sessions scheduled directly with the coach.
Not ready to commit to a membership? No problem. TRPC offers rentals for non-members and visitors who want to enjoy the Trent River and the beautiful Bay of Quinte. Rentals are available Wednesday through Sunday in June, July, and August and can be booked online or on-site. SUPs, kayaks, and canoes are available, with a $20 booking fee applied toward the total rental cost. Reservations can be made at www.trentonrowingandpaddling.ca.
Memberships are just $150 and provide full access to all club equipment—ideal for individuals interested in trying multiple activities. Memberships can be purchased online or in person at the boathouse during regular hours: Wednesday to Friday, 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., and weekends from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., from June through Labour Day.
