Inner Temple Yoga is hosting a Potluck and Sound Bath with the theme of healing.

This is an open loving space to share what we are personally working on in terms of spiritual growth. People can also listen, no pressure to share out loud. Just bring a healthy home made dish with your hearts love poured into it. We will experience a guided food meditation and discussion🥰

🌞New Yoga in the Park!🌞 With Quinte West Pop Ups 🎉Starting this Saturday!🎉

🏖️ We'll have the beautiful water views of the Bay of Quinte at Centennial Park🏖️12 Couch Crescent, Trenton

💚Weather permitting, there will be 6 Saturday classes from 10:00 - 11:00am. Attend 5 classes and the 6th will be FREE! Please bring your own mat and water bottle💚

Energy exchange: $20/adult/class
$10/child(age 6-12)/class. A guardian must be present during the entire class.
