Tuesday and Thursday @5:30pm

All classes at Thunderchild Wellness Center. Carpooling from Turtleford.

Everyone Welcome!!! Lots of modifications and instruction!!! Super fun group!!!

Classes are 45 mins. Include warm up, blend of cardio and strength exercises, cool down and stretching.

Weights and Mats are provided.

Bring indoor shoes (or socks) and a water bottle.
