Dear All Tai Chi Practitioners,

On behalf of Fengcai Arts Association, it is our great honor to invite you to attend the 2026 International Tai Chi Day Celebration, to be held in Toronto on Saturday, March 21, 2026.

This special cultural and wellness event is hosted by the Consulate-General of the People’s Republic of China in Toronto and the China National Tourist Office in Toronto, and organized by Fengcai Arts Association. The celebration aims to promote the traditional art of Tai Chi, encourage healthy living, and strengthen multicultural understanding within the Greater Toronto community. It also serves as a platform to further the positive cultural and community exchanges between Canada and China, reflecting the long-standing friendship and normalized relations between our two countries.

Event Details:
• Date: Saturday, March 21, 2026
• Time: 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM
• Venue: GEBIS Toronto
• Address: 150 N Rivermede Rd, Concord, ON L4K 5B1

The program will feature a lion dance opening ceremony, a large-scale 300-participant Tai Chi group performance, demonstrations by local Tai Chi teams, and a community wellness session of Ba Duan Jin.

We would be deeply honored by your presence at this event. If your schedule permits, we would also be grateful if you could share a few brief remarks with the audience. Your participation would further highlight the importance of cultural exchange and community engagement between Canada and China.

Thank you for your continued support of cultural diversity and community development in the Greater Toronto Area.

Neat exercise for the spine and balance

Improvement of Brain-Muscle Connection

🌟 Targeted Muscle Control

Isometric Qigong exercises enhance the brain's ability to target and precisely control individual muscles. By consciously tensing and holding muscles, the communication between the brain and muscles is improved.

🌟 Body Awareness and Control

These exercises help individuals to better perceive and control their posture and muscle tension. This leads to improved movement coordination and helps correct muscle imbalances.

🌟 Balance and Stability

The improved connection between the brain and muscles contributes to better balance and a more stable posture. This is particularly useful for preventing falls and ensuring safer movement in daily activities.
