Customer Service Representative/Office Coffee Service Route Driver

One Stop Office Shop is a locally owned Office Coffee company looking for a contributing member to our team. We specialize in superior customer service, fresh coffee and tea offerings and other break room provisions to local companies throughout the greater Vancouver area. We are expanding and looking for a high-energy individual who enjoys client relationships and has a solution-oriented attitude.

The successful applicant to this position will be responsible for the following:

-Providing superior customer service and maintaining professional appearance, positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
-Drive a company vehicle to deliver product (coffee, tea, snacks, beverages, etc.)
-Fulfilling stock levels of coffee and related products at customer sites.
-Servicing/cleaning coffee and related equipment.
-Lifting, carrying, and otherwise transporting large totes of product weighing 20-50 pounds frequently with or without assistance.
-Perform preventative maintenance on coffee equipment as well as emergency on-site technical support for customers (training provided).

Our ideal candidate possesses the following qualities:

-Knowledge and experience in the office coffee and/or office supplies industry is an asset.
-Strong customer service skills.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong organization skills.
-Ability to work with little supervision.
-Must be comfortable driving a Mercedes Sprinter downtown Vancouver in all type weather elements.
-General knowledge of Vancouver lower mainland roads and surrounding areas.
-Basic computer skills - online ordering, email, etc.
-Valid BC Driver’s license, with a copy of your driver’s abstract for review.
-Knowledge of coffee equipment or appliance repair is an asset.

Please note: This is not just a delivery job. You will be the face of our company doing much more than just delivering products from A to B.

Please note: A satisfactory Criminal Record Check is a condition of employment

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00 – 3:30 (Hours may vary.)

$21.00 per hour
