FREE Poles for Pole fitness
You experienced Pole fitness classes in our studios, now you can have it at home. Only couple of them left.
This pole is suitable for beginners, professional dancers or pole fitness enthusiast; at your home or condo.
Pole fitness is great for weight loss and upper body strength. High quality steel pipe is ready for spinning mode. Base and top end included.
Length 307 cm, you can cut it for your desired size. It is removable.

Discover new landscapes and criss-cross unexplored shores. A true oasis of biodiversity, the intimate bay of the Parc des Berges sector is home to several species of turtles and submerged plants.
The river is very calm and has a very slow current, so it is ideal for beginners. Advanced paddlers, you can explore calm bays and beautiful islands.
What to bring
• Bottle of water
• Watch or phone to know the time if you rent
• Swimsuit
• Hat
• Sunscreen
• Flippers - you will need them from the parking lot to the water
• snacks
If you don't have a paddle board or kayak, you can rent it on site.
Pay attention to the address it is in BOISBRIAND not in Laval.
