I’ve caught myself going back to old versions of me simply because she knew what to do.

She knew how to navigate things.
She knew what was expected of her.
She was comfortable in her own skin.

But comfortable doesn’t always mean aligned.

Sometimes the very version of you that helped you survive a season isn’t the version who can take you into the next one.

I can honour her, thank her, love her and still choose to grow beyond her because becoming requires us to release what feels familiar and make space for what’s next.

So here I am, walking into Fall, taking audit of my life and what's next.

Death. Rebirth. Growth.
As many times as necessary😌
