🌊 FREE Aqua Fit & Lane Swim! 🏊‍♀️

📅 Tuesday, August 25
⏰ 7:45–8:30 PM
📍 Kirkton Pool
🎉 Sponsored by Kirkton Maine C***s

Have you ever wanted to try Aqua Fit, but weren’t quite sure what to expect? This is the perfect opportunity to come out and give it a try — completely FREE! ❤️

Aqua Fit is a fun, low-impact way to get moving, strengthen your body, improve your endurance, and enjoy some exercise without putting a lot of stress on your joints. You don’t need to be experienced or “in shape” to join in! Come give it a try, bring a friend, and see what you think. 😊

🏊‍♀️ Prefer lane swimming? Lane swim is another fantastic way to get some exercise! Swimming works your whole body, builds strength and endurance, and is a great way to get your heart rate up while enjoying the water. Whether you’re swimming steady laps or taking things at your own pace, it’s a wonderful workout.

And with the cooler late-summer temperatures, the pool water temperature heat has been increased up to keep things comfortable and enjoyable! ☀️🌊

So come on out Tuesday evening, try something new, get some exercise, and enjoy a swim with us!

We’d love to see some new faces! 💙

✨ FREE Aqua Fit & Lane Swim — Tuesday, August 25 from 7:45–8:30 PM!

Fun Night Lifeguard Demonstration and Race!

🛟Our lifeguards showed off their victim rescue and removal skills, followed by 10 rounds of CPR on manikins last night. The situation race ended with a 25m sprint, which pushed Team 2 into the win! Great work Addie, Mackenzie, and Emily!

🏊‍♀️After the situation demonstration, the lifeguards settled the important question: Who’s the fastest lifeguard?? All the guards competed in a 25m sprint race, with Tessa placing first and Emily second! Way to go girls!

Big thank you to everyone who came to watch and support the guards!
