A week ago we were arriving at a silent retreat for the weekend, not quite sure what to expect. This week I've had many people ask me how was it....well, it was amazing, hard, emotional, rewarding, insightful, I wanted to leave at one point...so basically all the feels. Was it hard to sit only with one's self? Yes. Did I release and get messages? Yes. Was it hard re-entering day to day? Yes. Would I do it again? Yes!
