After years of teaching I've had the privilege of celebrating many firsts: first students, first classes, first flings, first shows, first competitions, first parades, first parties, first medals, stamps and trophies, first road trips, first jokes and lots of first memories. But tonight I had a last, my last night teaching. I am so thankful for all the amazing students, families and friends that have been a part of my journey as a dance teacher. It has been my honour to be allowed to teach some amazing young women. They have always been and will always be “my girls”. It’s with a heavy heart that I closed the doors on the studio today. To everyone that has been a part of my success I thank you and wish you well on your journey.

A reminder there are no classes this week.
