Advanced Youth Camp, Led by Professor Polvo, is designed to introduced advanced Capoeira concepts such as: extended complex sequences, takedowns, acrobatic strength and conditioning, increasing one’s cardio vascular capacity, and more. The content will be designed for crua-cinza and higher students with a good grasp of Capoeira fundamentals, and a level of physical durability.
