My journey as a yoga instructor started with experiencing the sweet release in body, mind and soul. It was my goal to give my students the opportunity to do the same.

a standing pose that strengthens and stretches the legs, hips and hamstrings. It also opens the chest and shoulders and is a great side body stretch and uses the core to maintain the balance.

December isn’t always full of merry moments, cheery carols or family full festivities.

For some, it’s scrimping together money to buy gifts for their kids, (thanks mass consumerism), grief resurfacing when it’s realized it’s been how many christmases without loved ones, or families being miles apart geographically or by choice. The list can go on and on…
Tread carefully to those around you right now friends, this season isn’t always jolly. Give patience and love without judgment, the greatest gift of all you can give.

Canuck Place Fundraiser Event!

Canuck Place is BC’s pediatric palliative care provider for children with life-threatening illnesses and the families who love them. Their team of physicians, nurses, counsellors, therapists, staff, and volunteers provide medical respite care, pain and symptom management, art, music, and recreation therapy, end-of-life care, grief, loss, and bereavement counselling. All at no cost.
