💥ALERT! ALERT! 💥
The 2025 Ringers have officially upgraded to expansion team level. ⬆️
Please welcome the Grandview Grey Jays! 🎉

Long before Vancouver became a city, the Grandview neighbourhood was blanketed in conifer forest—perfect territory for the grey jay. In those early days (before streets, parks, or baseball diamonds) the birds darted between cedar and fir like the original outfielders, patrolling the treetops with the same keen eye later seen on local diamonds. Their presence tied the land together in the centuries when the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil‑Waututh peoples stewarded the territory that would one day host neighbourhood baseball games; where the crack of a bat echoes through spaces once ruled by the quiet confidence of the grey jay.

A big congratulations to the Chinatown Cobras on being season champions for the first time in their franchise history!

A heartfelt THANK YOU to all the Players, Managers, Coaches, Volunteers, Valued Partners, and our FANS (missing any stakeholders?) who made a COVID season happen this year without any incidents. Safety was our number one concern starting back up and you all hit it out of the park. So, thank you.

A further thank you to the sponsors of our final weekend & for providing some shelter on a rainy day plus some cold beer to warm our hearts after the final.

Looking forward to a somewhat more normal season next year.. whatever that means nowadays.
