Grateful to our amazing community at F45 Sunrise East Village! 🙏 Yesterday, we delivered essential hygienic products, socks, and undergarments to the DTES Emergency Women’s Shelter, all made possible by redirecting late fees from missed workouts.

🎄Next up, we’re launching a coat drive on December 1st. Let’s come together to keep others warm this winter – donating lightly used coats for those in need. All donations will be accepted Dec 1st - 20th under our studio holiday tree at the studio.
