58 ways of getting to know you better:
Most women over 50 don’t have a body problem.
They have a pattern problem.
You know what to do.
But something keeps interrupting consistency.
That’s not laziness.
That’s training, just not the kind you want.
Where do you feel stuck right now, body or consistency?

Most women don’t fail at fitness.
They get stuck in patterns… and blame themselves for it.
You tell yourself:
“Okay, this time I’m serious.”
You eat well for a few days.
Maybe even a couple of weeks.
Then something happens…
You get stressed.
You get tired.
Life gets busy.
And suddenly…
You’re standing in the kitchen at night.
Snacking when you said you wouldn’t.
Or skipping the workout you planned all day.
Or telling yourself…
“I’ll start again Monday.”
And right after that moment?
That feeling…
Guilt.
Frustration.
Disappointment.
You start questioning yourself:
“Why do I keep doing this?”
“Why can’t I stay consistent?”
“What’s wrong with me?”
Let me be very clear with you.
Nothing is wrong with you.
You’re not lacking discipline.
You’re repeating a pattern.
Because every time you:
Stop when it gets hard
Comfort yourself with food
Put yourself last
Quit right before results show
You’re doing reps.
Emotional reps.
And over time…
Your system learns:
“This is what we do.”
Here’s the part most people don’t realize…
Some of these patterns were learned
when you weren’t even aware.
And others?
You built them slowly…
bit by bit… over the years.
A stressful season.
Taking care of everyone else.
Feeling overwhelmed and just trying to cope.
What helped you then is now showing up in ways that are holding you back.
And these patterns don’t sit in the part of your mind that you’re consciously thinking with.
They sit deeper.
The part that runs automatically.
So now…
Even when you want to change…
You feel like you’re fighting yourself.
Not because you’re weak.
Because it’s familiar.
And familiar feels safe.
Even when it’s frustrating.
I’ve been there too.
Even when I built my body at 50…
I still had patterns that showed up.
Different area. Same pattern.
That’s when I realized…
It’s not just about training your body.
It’s about changing the pattern your system learned.
And one more thing most women don’t consider…
Timing matters.
In fitness, there’s a time to push.
And a time to rebuild.
But most women I speak to?
They’re exhausted…
And still trying to push harder.
Then they think:
“Why isn’t this working?”
Nothing is wrong with you.
You’re just:
Repeating a pattern
And pushing in the wrong season
So instead of asking:
“What diet should I follow?”
Ask yourself:
Where do I keep stopping?
What do I keep going back to… even when I don’t want to?
What have I been practicing without realizing it?
Because once you see it…
You stop blaming yourself.
And that’s where real change begins.
If this feels like you…
Comment “pattern”
I’ll show you how I help women shift this
without forcing themselves or starting over again.

You’re looking at a moment where I felt strong, confident… and fully in control.
But here’s something most people don’t realize.
That feeling doesn’t stay just because you’ve achieved it once.
Earlier today, I didn’t feel like this version of me.
Not as confident.
Not as certain.
Not as “together.”
And for a second… I paused.
Because I’ve built this body.
I’ve trained for years.
I’ve stepped on stage.
So why would that feeling still come and go?
Then I reminded myself of something I teach all the time:
Just like the body…
the mind runs on patterns.
You don’t build muscle once and keep it forever.
You train it.
You maintain it.
You re-engage it.
Confidence works the same way.
There was a time when I could just “focus” and bring myself back.
And it worked.
But sometimes now…
the mind gets louder than I’d like.
Especially when life, pressure, or emotions start stacking.
And that’s when most people make it mean something:
“I’m losing it.”
“I’m not as strong anymore.”
“What’s wrong with me?”
But the truth is,
Nothing is wrong.
You’re just accessing a different pattern.
This version of me in the photo?
She didn’t disappear.
She’s still here.
But like any muscle…
she needs to be activated.
So if you’ve ever felt:
Strong one day… and unsure the next
Confident in one area… but not another
Like you know who you are… but can’t always access it
That’s not failure.
That’s pattern.
And patterns can be retrained.
This is why I care so much about this work now.
Not just building the body…
but training the mind that drives it.
Because when you can shift your internal state,
everything outside starts to follow again.
If you see yourself in this, comment “I feel this”
or reach out privately and happy to connect.

Earlier today, I caught myself in a quiet but familiar pattern…
I didn’t feel confident.
I didn’t feel like “my best self.”
And it made me pause.
Because here’s the truth most high performers don’t talk about:
Your external success does not make you immune to internal doubt.
So instead of pushing through or ignoring it, I did something different.
I looked for evidence.
Not validation from others—
but proof from my own life.
I came across this photo.
A moment of confidence, presence, and certainty.
And it reminded me of something critical:
Confidence is not something you earn once and keep.
It’s a state you either access… or lose access to.
The problem isn’t that we’re not enough.
The problem is we forget how to access the version of us that already is.
This is the work I do now.
Helping individuals identify the patterns that quietly shape how they think, feel, and show up—
especially when it matters most.
Because when you can shift your internal state on demand,
everything externally starts to change faster.
If you’ve ever felt like you’re capable of more—but something internal keeps pulling you back…
that’s not a lack of ability.
That’s a pattern.
And patterns can be changed.
