Let the music be the opener, guide and the medicine.

This is an intuitive self led journey from stillness to slow gentle movement to a faster paced ‘Tribal’ rhythm.

Have you tried our Deep Stretch classes?

This class is an active stretching class that targets primary muscle groups surrounding the hips, hamstrings, and upper back. This class begins with warm up movements to build heat and prepare the muscles for stretching.

Most poses are done on the floor and using straps and blocks for maximum deep stretch. This class is totally suitable for all levels!

CACAO CEREMONY ✨

We are thrilled to finally announce this event with the amazing

You will be immersed in a combination of sound and ceremonial music derived from ancient cultures, tribes, and traditions. The music is the medicine that will guide you inwards to feel and discover yourself more deeply. Kaila weaves together her angelic vocals, otherworldly sounds, and collection of songs in over 10 different languages. Prepare to bask in the soundscape of song, crystal bowls, didgeridoo, flutes, tibetan bowls, drum, chakapa & more.

Everyone will receive a freshly made cup of cacao with only organic ingredients. Cacao is seen as a sacred plant medicine and is used as a type of shamanic healing. Indigenous cultures across Central and South America look to it for rebalancing energies in the body. Often referred to as a “heart-opener”, it brings about euphoric states, emotional releases, and increased levels of presence.

The ceremony will include intention setting, connection practices, sharing of cacao, restorative breathwork, and sound healing.
