Sharing this for anyone who's head is hurting trying to sort through all the fitness options out there.
My decision was business related and I'm so glad I took one of my hats off:) Speaking with a pro in an area that I don't fully understand not only confirmed that I'm not crazy but gave me the power to do more than ever.

FYI ...sustainable does not have to mean slow.
What I mean is you can get results quickly WITH sustainable habits.
No need to reach for the last fad. People got results long before ketones, intermittent fasting, paleo, macros, or any other modern protocol came on the scene (not judging anyone who diets like above :) please don't cancel me.
Let's do this. How about we stop...
fad/crash diets
worrying about whether a program will work
worrying about everything we eat as if it will sabotage us
And lets work together to...
see results while eating the foods we like
tell more dad jokes :)
