Hola!! Capt Kidd Scuba has relocated to Puerto Vallarta. I have teamed up with an established Dive company and will be offering the same services as before (except in warm water). Everything from Discovery Scuba for the uncertified, to guided tours of the local Dive sites. Of course if you want to become PADI Open Water Certified I can help you out as well. Lost Reef is a recently discovered Glass Sponge Bioherm in Howe Sound. This reef is thousands of years old and one of the highlights of my Diving career.

Thank you Jesse, Ines, Keenan and of course Danny for participating in today's PADI Discover Scuba class. It was a lot of fun and I know you all have what it takes to become Certified Scuba divers.
PADI Discover Scuba is a Basic introduction to Scuba Diving. It is a lesson that allows you to breath under water in a safe and controlled environment with a PADI Instructor. I have found that it is a relatively inexpensive way to determine if you would be comfortable enough under water to continue on to become a Certified Scuba Diver.

On today's dive we did reconnaissance dive hoping to add a new dive spot to my book of dives. We hit a home run with this new spot and found some of our favorite undersea creatures, including a swimming Nudibranch. Are you afraid that you may not be able to Scuba Dive because you are not a great swimmer? Hey even some of the ocean creatures could use swimming lessons. This Painted Greenling is not the most graceful or efficient swimmer....but it is beautiful.
I love diving on this old Warship sunk by the Artificial Reef Society of BC. Soo much to explore.
Yes Jason you may eat this Ling Cod. Providing of course it is caught legally!!! Although I prefer to visit and enjoy this intimidating looking fish in its natural habitat, I am told that is delicious.
