WHO WANTS TO KNOW ABOUT POTASSIUM! K! Here we go!
Potassium is one of the biggest regulators in our body. More relevant potassium helps with muscle contractions. It is incredibly important to be be able to move. This magical mineral basically changes into electricity to help muscles move and contract! Obviously we need to give our body the potassium it needs to thrive. When our body lacks this key electrolyte things like cramps and muscle twitching happen more frequently. To offset this try having more green leafy veggies, yams, mushrooms, etc to build up more potassium in your body. (All of these items have more Potassium than bananas)
