When I am not with my Personal Training clients, I am a Group Fitness Instructor.
I have the honour of being with Mamas on their prenatal and postpartum fitness journeys with .
I love seeing the full circle from Prenatal Classes to joining me with their little ones in Mom & Baby Classes.
Last week, these amazing Mamas didn’t let a little white stuff slow them down. I am so proud of these Mamas and the supportive community they have created.
Having a newborn is hard enough, but having a newborn during a pandemic is beyond words. These ladies come rain, shine or snow to workout and connect at a distance.
Thank you for creating the opportunity for us to workout together and the much needed sense of something normal.

Look at that smile! 😁 Not sure if it was the fun workout or the child in both of us over the snow finally coming to Vancouver.
Covid has brought many firsts... we can now add personal training sessions in the snow. ❄️

My favourite week of the year! Join me for Workout for Women’s Day/Week!

We are super excited to share this resource list of Our Favourite Charities in BC Serving Girls and Women!
We created this list when we realized that this year's Workout for Women's Day will look a lot different. Not only will classes be virtual but, unlike in past years in which we selected the recipient charities, this year’s participants will be encouraged to donate to any organization that they love that supports girls and women.
In order to inspire participants and raise awareness of some of the phenomenal non-profits that exist here in BC, we have compiled this list (see link in profile) of Our Favourite Charities in BC Supporting Girls and Women. The intention of this list is to showcase a select group of inclusive, diverse, and equitable charities in BC whose primary purpose is to support women and/or girls, and who accept and welcome all women and girls, inclusive of trans-women and gender non-conforming people.

Hi Friends,
I thought I would share a little bit about how I got to here...
As you can see from my profile picture, I have a very active little lady who changed my world. Miss E is 5 and I learn from her daily. She is my hero who constantly reminds me what's important.
Prior to having Miss E, I was in various leadership positions within the retail and hospitality industries, for over 20 years. I loved helping people find joy in their busy days, I loved connecting with my team and my customers, I loved being with people.
A little over 3 years ago though, I realized I needed a change, so I took a leap of faith, and switched careers. I paired my love of helping people with my passion for movement and fitness. It was the best leap I have ever taken!
Fast-forward to now... I am a Personal Trainer, Pre and Postnatal Fitness Specialist, Group Fitness Instructor, Spin Instructor... and I don't think I'm done adding to that list.
Bottom line: I love working with people and helping them feel good.
