DM if you want to move, move better and maybe even get out of pain. I am using the Functional Patterns method to correct imbalances in your body and make fascia connections for better movement.
The gym has an infrared (virus killing) heater with a hepa filter to clean the air during your one hour visit. Masks make for further protection. Especially with the stress of a pandemic it’s important to move but with stress we often freeze and have less resources to take care of our well being. Your health is important, your body is important. This training is focussed on health, not on beauty standards. All fitness levels, all bodies welcome. The gym is on the ground floor and accessible (so is the washroom).

2 months gains! So proud of my client Dale who came with chronic pain and migraines to train with me. They have been doing daily myofascial release at home and trained with me two days a week. The result: Huge postural changes, more structural integrity and muscles that let Dale to feeling strong, mostly pain free and like there’s ‘more of a frame’ around their shoulders.
We went from rib cage leaning back to a better positioning (still working on it), tackled instability in the hip that was hiked on one site, rib cage shifts, tight traps, and being flaccid (hypermobil joints that are lacking tension) especially in the upper body. Usually Dale has to be on guard cause doing weights or physical work will cause pain. Thanks to the method we can make real changes without reinjuring. We are making connections and can soon add more dynamic drills to the correctives and posture work. I LOVE MY JOB it’s so rewarding to see these changes
