Hey YVR! It’s a New Year and the start of a new quarter! Time to pick our Q1 GIVE’R Charity of 2024!🫶

Here’s a quick low down on what the GIVE’R is, and why we are so excited about it. Every fiscal quarter, our Bikergang (that’s right, YOU) choose which local charity we donate towards. We have donated OVER $900,000 to local charities in Edmonton, Calgary, and Vancouver because of the GIVE’R classes!

How do we donate?

We offer half-priced classes at every studio on Friday evenings, proceeds from which are donated to that quarter’s GIVE’R Charity. You spin, we donate.

‼️In 24 hours we’ll put 3 randomly selected charities to a popular vote (stay tuned to our posts to have your say) - and just like that, we’ll be on our way and donating to the 1st GIVE’R Charity of the year!

I’ve spent so much of my life thinking I’d be happier if my body looked anything else than how it did.

It wasn’t until I got on these bikes that go literally nowhere that I started finding joy in simply moving my body and allowing myself to be vulnerable enough to bring the heavy stuff into the space.

It’s a daily practice to remind myself that there’s strength and value in the bodies and minds and lives we have right now, exactly as they are. But it gets easier every day.

My only job in that room is to remind you that you’ve got everything you need and you are EXACTLY where you need to be.

Can’t wait to move with you, BAY BEE. 🧡⚡️
