HEALTHY GROCERY LIST INSPO 💫😊
As a nutrition and fitness coach, I always tell my clients that eating healthy doesn’t have to be complicated. In fact it’s always better the more simple you can keep it —it’s about choosing whole, nourishing foods that support your energy, recovery, digestion and overall well-being. That’s why I’ve put together this simple grocery list as an example of the kinds of foods I recommend to fuel your body with the nutrients it needs to thrive.
The list isn’t meant to be a one-size-fits-all solution, but rather a starting point to inspire your own list of whole foods. What matters most is creating a grocery list that works for you—something that supports your goals, whether you’re looking to feel more energized, lose weight, or build muscle.
It’s way easier to make a list ahead of time and stick to only what’s on that list. If it isn’t in your house you can’t eat it! Keep a fridge and pantry that inspires your well being.

What is ego lifting? Signs & How to fix it.
Ego lifting is when someone attempts to lift more weight than they should. You sacrifice good form and technique just to lift heavier weights.
Whether in the pursuit of an impressing those around you that you think might be watching, getting a mental pump or in the spirit of one-upping your squat rack neighbor, ego lifting is more likely to end in injury than lead to any real results with your physique or your strength.
In simple terms:
You are lifting more weight then
you can truly handle and you never seem to get the big result your chasing.

BROWNIE BATTER PROTEIN ICE CREAM 🍫😍
Chocolate lovers….. this is where it’s at!
✅WHAT YOU NEED ✅
•
-ninja creami ice cream machine (Yes, it’s a Must!)
-8oz Fairlife skim milk
-1 scoop@of “Extreme chocolate” flavor hydropure protein powder. (Yes. I experimented.. It needs to be this one!)
-Approximately 10g Black Dutch cocoa powder (Must. be real black cocoa powder. Regular cocoa won’t give that deep rich chocolate flavor we are going for.)
-Sweetner of choice. I used granulated Erythritol.
-Fat free low cal pudding mix. Chocolate or salted caramel will work.
-Any desired toppings. But in my opinion this is so good you don’t need any!
✅HOW TO PREPARE✅
•
1️⃣ Blend 1 scoop of hydropure extreme chocolate protein powder + 8oz fairlife skim milk + liquid or granulated sweetener/stevia or SF syrup of choice + 3-5g fat free low cal pudding + 10g of Dutch black cocoa powder (*must be real black cocoa powder*)
2️⃣ Pour into ninja Creami container and let freeze overnight.
3️⃣ Blend/Mix using the regular ice cream setting.
4️⃣ Optional: Top with melted dark chocolate, cocoa nibs or crushed nuts of your choice or any toppings you prefer! Personally I just enjoyed this one as is. 🤤✌🏻

1️⃣Ask for a medium iced Americano
2️⃣Ask for a splash of almond milk
3️⃣Ask for light ice
4️⃣Ask for 3 stevia packets mixed in or on the side (8-12 calories) or bring your own liquid stevia (0 calories)
The approximate Macros with Splenda:
0g protein
11.5g carbohydrates
0g Fat
The approximate calories: 47 calories

LOW CALORIE RAMEN 🍜
✅INGREDIENTS✅
-1 box of No sodium added chicken or shrimp both
-1 Pack of Liviva “spaghetti” oat fiber noodles
-1 cup of onions
-30g green peas (optional)
-1/2-1 pack Roasted seaweed (optional)
-1/3-1 TSP of sesame oil
-Smoked salt / pink Salt to taste
-Garlic powder
-Garlic salt
-Ground ginger (optional)
-Chilli flakes (optional)
-Black Pepper
-Everything but the bagel seasoning (or sesame seeds - optional)
✅HOW TO PREPARE✅
1️⃣ Add your chicken or shrimp broth to a pot with all your toppings and seasonings, on a medium heat.
2️⃣ Throughly rinse the oat fiber noodles in hot water
3️⃣ Bring everything to a boil and then let simmer on a low heat for 3-5 mins
4️⃣ Transfer everything to a bowl and top with your choice of fresh green onion or optionally some sesame seeds!
I will say the sesame oil definitely brings a great flavor to this recipe but if you wanted to take it out the oil & half the noodles it brings this down to 117 cal per pot!
The approximate Macros:
5g protein
30g carbohydrates
7g Fat
