The great 2025 fall/winter bulk has begun…

05/09/2025

Lately, I’ve been getting pretty tired of the fitness content I see online.

Everywhere you look, it’s shredded influencers acting like you’re lazy or undisciplined if you’re not working out twice a day and meal prepping every bite of food like it’s your full-time job.

A lot of it really feels like it’s just there to show off and not really help real people improve their fitness.

But here’s the thing—most people aren’t fitness influencers.

They’ve got jobs.

Families.

Deadlines.

Social lives.

Some days they’re tired.

Some days they just wanna eat a damn burger without feeling guilty.

And honestly? I get it. I feel the same way.

You shouldn’t have to give up your whole life just to feel good in your body.

That’s why I want to start making more content that helps real people—people who care about their health, but also care about living.

Not just grinding in the gym and measuring out rice every night.

Stuff like:
• How to stay consistent without being perfect
• How to train 2x a week and still make progress
• How to balance fitness with social life, work, and just... being human
• How to eat well without turning into a robot

So tell me—what kind of fitness content would help you the most right now?

Drop it in the comments and I’ll make some content that will help you!

100 Day MacroFactor Transformation Challenge Results

I started at 217 on Jan 10th and 100 days later, I’m down to 209. Not only did I get leaner, but I actually got stronger across the board.

MacroFactor made this easy by constantly adjusting my calories and macros, so I kept losing fat while still getting in everything I needed to maintain muscle and perform at my best. The app made tracking simple with a clean interface and smart food suggestions based on my eating habits.

What this challenge really taught me is that taking your time with fat loss is key. Because I wasn’t rushing, I was able to enjoy life—take days off, get stronger, and still see results. What’s the point of having a lean, strong body if you never let yourself enjoy it?

I can’t actually win the challenge since I’m a content creator and affiliate for MacroFactor—I’m just here for fun and to promote an app I truly believe in!

This is a paid promotion in collaboration with MacroFactor. Use code DEMERS to try macrofactor for free for 2 weeks.

Who else loves bulking season?

Why do you train? Training, eating right, and staying on top of your sleep is a s**t ton of work! In order to manage these things daily, you need to clearly understand what the purpose of your training is. In other words, what is the “why” of your training?

Do you train because you want to stay healthy so you can keep up with your kids or grandkids? Do you train because you want to travel the word and you don’t want to be limited by your body? Or maybe you train because you want to feel more confident when you’re talking to a potential partner.

If you haven’t already, you need to sit down and take the time to figure out what the “why” is behind your training. Because your “why” is what is going to keep you motivated on those days when you just can’t be bothered to get out of bed and hit the gym or when the last thing you want to do is meal prep for the week. It’s easy to give up on a superficial goal like getting abs, but it should be fu***ng hard as hell to give up on your purpose, your “why”.
